The hotel has nice and splendid rooms. It is located in a pretty nice area with pleasant surroundings. - Great breakfast with UHT milk. - the staff is cordial. - Overall, a really great stay in this town. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Graf Rolshausen in Monschau. the rooms were lovely and the atmosphere was pleasant. the breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the friendly staff. It was truly a fantastic stay in this charming town.

The stay was absolutely really comfortable. I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was spotless. - the room was reasonably spacious with coffee and a great view plus a bath. - the decor was nice. - the staff were very welcoming. - the great and fantastic location was minutes from the Christmas market.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was great. The room was ideal and newly remodelled with sofa, and I slept very well. It was convenient having central heating, a TV set and a seating area.

Some people working there were extremely unfriendly.
